CIP's National Event Circuit, Thinking Positive About the Future, offers insight into the key stages of transition and community integration for young adults with Autism, ADHD and other Learning Differences and focuses on the transition to adulthood.
Jill Burstein has helped students find appropriate post-secondary matches since 2000. With a specialty working with students with learning differences, Jill has successfully helped over 400 families find the best match for their student. Jill has a Master’s Degree in Special Education and traveled to over 400 colleges in the United States. She is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association as well as a Certified Educational Planner.
Julie Smith is a graduate of The University of Missouri-Columbia with Masters Degrees from The American College and National Louis University. She earned her Transition Specialist Certificate through George Washington University. Julie has been working in the field of Transition for 12 years and is passionate about connecting families to postsecondary opportunities for students with disabilities.
