Our students participated last weekend in SOAK's Be a Buddy event helping at the craft and game tables, information booths, and photo booth. They also passed out gift bags and assisted guests with props. One highlight was the appearance of the PAWS Ambassadors, a team of therapy dogs. And their favorite part of the event was listening to guest speaker Chris Hollyfield share his experiences as a little person and the importance of recognizing and avoiding teasing and bullying among peers.
