The 2025 Fall Term was a powerful reflection of the growth, resilience, and achievements of our students in CIP’s Full-Year Transition Program for young adults on the autism spectrum and with learning differences. It is always especially meaningful to witness our first-year students stepping into new environments, navigating unfamiliar routines, and courageously taking on new challenges as they build confidence and independence. At the same time, it has been equally rewarding to see our returning students regain their momentum after summer break—reconnecting with goals, strengthening skills, and picking up right where they left off with renewed focus.
From academic progress and career readiness to meaningful contributions in their communities, our students embraced each opportunity with purpose. Their accomplishments this term highlight not only how far they’ve come — but the incredible potential that lies ahead.

Global Learning Beyond the Classroom
At the end of the Fall term, students participated in the 2025-2026 Global Engagement Trip, traveling internationally to Budapest, Kraków, and Prague—alongside peers and staff from all five Centers.
This shared experience fostered cross-Center community, cultural awareness, and greater independence.
International travel provided real-world opportunities to practice flexibility, communication, executive functioning, and self-advocacy—skills that directly support students’ long-term goals.

Community Impact
Giving back remained an important part of the CIP experience.
This Fall, students collectively contributed 1,189 hours of community service, partnering with local organizations and engaging in causes that matter to them.
Volunteerism not only strengthened community ties but also supported leadership development, empathy, and practical pre-employment skill-building.
The 2025 Fall Term reflected the meaningful strides students continue to make across academic, social, professional, and community domains. At CIP, we are proud to support young adults as they develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to thrive. We look forward to building on this progress and celebrating even more milestones in the terms ahead.
