CIP 2023-2024 - Empower YOU!

As we embark on another exciting program year, I am thrilled to announce the official theme for the 2023-2024 Program Year: "Empower YOU."

Each year, CIP carefully selects a theme that reflects the current state of our unique population and the broader community we serve. Last year, we embraced "Aspire to Be..." and witnessed its positive impact on our participants' growth and development.

For the upcoming year, we wanted a theme that truly embodies CIP's core purpose of empowering individuals while embracing their true selves. "Empower YOU" does just that. It speaks to the essence of empowering people to be stronger and more confident in controlling their lives and claiming their rights.

This theme also serves as a reminder to celebrate the diverse strengths and challenges of our students and of the belonging that exists within CIP's community. It emphasizes the importance of being your authentic self, accepting others as they are, and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.

In the post-COVID era, as we look ahead to a brighter future, it is crucial that we seize control of our lives and make the most of every opportunity. "Empower YOU" encapsulates this spirit perfectly.

Now, here's the exciting part: just like last year, we invite our center Leadership and the entire team to collaborate on how we can bring this theme to life during key activities and events in the 2023-2024 year ahead! Your creativity, dedication, and input are invaluable in making this theme resonate deeply with our community.

Let's work together to make the upcoming program year a transformative journey for everyone involved. Thank you for your continued dedication and passion for our mission. I look forward to witnessing the positive change we will bring about together.
