Founded in 1984 by Dr. Michael McManmon, the College Internship Program (CIP) is dedicated to teaching young adults with learning differences, skills to help them transition to living a more independent and successful life.
When the program first began there were about 5 students. Dr. McManmon eventually expanded the property, attended conferences, and spread the word about his program. It soon grew to become a nationwide program. With 5 campuses located around the US, CIP has continued its support of students who have incredible abilities, gifts, and talents.
